The Financial Services Division provides a full range of financial services to over 500 individuals and corporations for the overall financial management of their real estate portfolios. Included among these services are budgeting, rent collection, disbursements and monthly financial reporting. These financial services are closely aligned and coordinated with our property management services team and are provided with superior customer service for our property owners.
Lease administration offers centralized property and lease management services that relieve individual or corporate real estate owners of the time-consuming demands of property tracking, lease renewals and other burdensome administrative tasks. Our professionals provide these services on a regular, continuing basis or they can be provided on a project-to-project basis to provide seamless lease administration solutions.
